Mike Commodore Interview

We were fortunate enough to be joined on “The Five Minute Major” by then Blue Jackets defenseman Mike Commodore.  We talked with him about the Jackets, Rick Nash’s injury, video gaming, and the Stanley Cup he won with the Carolina Hurricanes after the lockout.  My cohost Scott Waldrop had coordinated the interview and I prepared questions for Commodore.

How small is this world?  During my internship with the Tampa Bay Lightning, our team had traded for Commie at the deadline.  I was able to speak to him about this very interview and he remembered it very well! I was able to thank him in person (and yes, he is just as awesome in person as he is over the phone)!
